Personalized bonus cards embedded with your company logo and the terminal NCI GCR500ec offer a comprehensive means to reward your customer in an easy and effective way and thus retaining loyalty. Easy and ergonomical to operate, safe and flexible to handle – the GCR500ec is an economical and advanced system for your customer relationship. This ergonomically designed terminal is easy to handle and consumes only a small amount of space on your counter. It offers every function necessary to communicate with your customers. The terminal is able to display text messages and bonus points or amounts.

Simplified, this loyalty system can also be used –without being connected to a PC- as a kind of electronic cash and discount book: for each amount of money your customer spends with you, he receives an electronic credit on his loyalty card. Once the customer has reached a certain amount of points, the terminal beeps and your customer receives an attractive gift from you (special offer, vouchers…).

You decide how many points per Euro a customer is rewarded and at which balance he receives a gift. The system also allows you to activate your customers’ cards on the spot. Moreover you receive an overview of all transactions made. Use this information for your marketing purposes. As the system also operates offline, you can use it wherever you are – on site in your shop or on the way at fairs, exhibitions…
